Job Description – HR Recruiter Position: HR Recruiter Location: Raja Park, Jaipur Company: Yo A to Z Solutions Pvt Ltd Salary: ₹10,000 per month (Performance-based hikes after first month) Work Mode: Work from Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role: We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The role involves hiring candidates as per client requirements and closing vacancies within deadlines. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in HR are welcome – full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and recruit candidates from different job portals and social media. Understand client requirements and find suitable candidates to close positions. Maintain candidate database and follow up with applicants regularly. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Achieve monthly hiring/closing targets. Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates. Requirements: Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Must know basic computer operations (MS Office, email, job portals). Must know basic English (for communication with clients/candidates). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to work under deadlines and meet hiring targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. What We Offer: Fixed salary: ₹10,000 per month (initial). Performance-based salary hikes from the next month based on closures.
